The Anabolic Cooking system teaches pure nutrition. Turns out the saying “we are what we eat” is correct. Only while making healthy eating choices can we achieve the best body both physically speaking and aesthetically speaking.

The cookbook is written by Dave Ruel and he tells you right off the bat that if you don’t eat the right foods in the right amount all that exercising won’t come to anything.  He also lets you know right away that eating pre-cooked convenience meals and meal replacement drinks are just as bad as eating fast food so you aren’t doing yourself much good when you pick them up in your supermarket isle.

He explains why other diets don’t work. Because they are boring and don’t appeal to the taste buds you will be tempted to go back to your old eating habits. It won’t be long before you can no longer fight the temptation and will give in and eat something you are not supposed to. Not so with the anabolic cooking cookbook.

It covers the main five misconceptions on diet and weight loss and goes into detail to explain why these are just misconceptions. He explains the science behind his reasoning’s and shows you how to prepare your food in the right way so you can get those results that you so desire.

With your purchase you get over 200 recipes along with daily meal plans. There is also a virtual cooking class that teaches you how to prepare all your meals for one week in less than 3 hours! Now if that isn’t amazing I don’t know what is.

This Cookbook is worth it, and it is highly recommended by Dave and I!
